Noble Red Cabernet Sauvignon

The Noble Red vineyard was established in 2002 in the Heathcote region on rich and ancient Cambrian soils. This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers plenty of Heathcote character from dry grass, olive and black fruits. Palate has a generous amount of dark berry flavour, fleshy, again the grassy flavour, but ample in fruit liquorice and tannin. A touch warm but blackcurrant closes it out.
